I have been involved with different appraisers through my lifetime and the appraisers that appraised our home pay close attention to what I was telling them about our home and they took their time and didn't rush through anything. The appraiser that inspected our home was very attentive to our needs and questions. We are relocating and we have had issues with other appraisers.
