I went in to return an item, and before they even saw the receipt I was turned down. They simply pointed to a sign on the wall that noted a 15 day return policy. While they are entitled to have their policy, they had closed their store during 8 of those 15 days. When I pointed out that to include the 8 days they were on vacation was unreasonable, and that I was actually ther on the 11th day, they told me it was too bad because they had already closed their books for the year, and would do nothing about it.
