Time for Spring & Summertime Plans...
Since I am currently open for appointments, I'm taking advantage of my open times, to start planning and decorating my backyard space! A couple of years ago we tore down our old wood, outdoor awning structure (due to wood rot and termite activity-yikes) and I will never go back to using wood products for outdoor use again! I've been doing my research and concluded to purchase an aluminum, rust and weather proof structure and furniture (You pay a little more but an overall value-added items for durability, longevity, good looks and practicality, at an affordable price). Once the structure is assembled, we will have the much needed shade and an attractive structure which will add more value to our home and provide more usable backyard square footage. Catch the sales now and throughout the Spring. Any clearance items will be towards the end of the summer season but remember, you will have the leftover merchandise available at substantial savings (as long as you don't mind waiting...). This time around, I wanted my top choices, so I am willing to buy now so I can enjoy my outdoor space, sooner than later... With an outdoor rug, dining set, a few plants and some accessories, it will be the perfect getaway location to enjoy entertaining with our friends or to use the personal outdoor space as my home office amongst the birds and trees....
