I ordered an arrangement from these scammers not knowing better. I paid $140 dollars for what I thought was going to be a beautiful standing floral arrangement for my grandmothers funeral. I was also supposed to receive a ribbon but that was nowhere to be found either. What I received were a bunch of cheap flowers, some of which were already dead and droopy. These people were not helpful at all or apologetic. It was so disrespectful for them to throw together this piece of junk that we received and call it an arrangement. How can they even call themselves florists? This looked like something that a five year old child put together and it was so very unprofessional. There was no cohesion between any of the flowers whatsoever and it seemed like they just picked up and put together the arrangement with whatever flowers they had leftover from the day. Pomona Flowers will cheat you, take your money and sell you buds, with no flowers!!! This is what happened to me when I went in to buy flowers for 21 dance students. Pomona Flowers assured me they could handle my order and put the flowers in a box. When I got to my destination, all I had were buds of flowers, there were no flowers. My students who live in Los Angeles and Santa Clarita, told me that 2 days later, the buds had still not opened. The students were very disappointed that they had no real flowers and I was embrassed that I had been taken advantage of for over $50. I attempted to talk to the owner nicely to get my money back.
