During this last heat wave my air condition was not keeping up cooling our home. Called Gilmore they sent out Chad, a technician, in less than an hour Chad had found the problem, he also checked out the whole system and gave it a clean bill of health. Chad explained all what he did and what needed to be replaced to fix the unit. Chad was very professional and knowledgeable of our unit. What a neurotic stock and bond market. Yesterday rates were better with the bond market in a rally and stocks declining, today we see the exact opposite. If you are following the markets you know what I am talking about. Trying to predict which way interest rates are going to move will put you into the nearest mental facility.On tap tomorrow is Durable Orders, Existing Home Sales and Fed̢۪s Beige Book. On Thursday, GDP data, Initial Claims and New Home Sales. Ending the week, Friday brings Personal Income/Spending, Core Personal Consumption Expenditure, Chicago PMI and Construction Spending.
