first of all, that group picture of everyone is the cheesiest thing Ive ever seen. Ive never been to a salon more over priced, and incompetent. The head hairdresser carolyn seems to think she is hot shot but has little talent and no customer service. Ive been to her several times. I tried to be fair and give her a second chance, but her salon is dirty and outdated. And I had to sit there for a better part of three hours (not a great environment) because she had two clients booked at once. She was sipping on wine the whole time like it was happy hour and when I came out my hair looked like I had gone to hot cuts for a cut and colored it in my bathroom. The rest of the staff seemed nice, but she was pompous and a bit blah. Thats all fine, an outdated whole in the wall in a small town, but she charged nearly 200 dollars for a cut and color. Thats expensive for even a doctors salary. If I wanted to pay that much I would go to LA and find a hairdresser to a star. I want my money back. ...read more
