To be frank, there have been issues over the years with uneven quality and poor service from this particular store. We've returned at least one burned pizza, and have received wings with either no sauce, or the wrong sauce. That said, Pizza Hut's product is still head-and-shoulders above either other chains (Lil Caesar's, Domino's) or the little one-off places (First Class, Lamppost) in the same general area. I dropped by to pick up a pizza a few months back, and was surprised to find they had actually set up a few tables in their lobby area, opening up the possibility of dining in. As with most buffet-style restaurants, this one is more about quantity than quality. That said, the quality is actually surprisingly good at this location. The place is kept clean, the dishes are topped up frequently, and they actually pay attention to the "This table is in use" cards they hand out, and don't pressure you to leave immediately once your first plate is eaten. Yes, there are crowds, especially those from the "walking dead" retirement village across Rose (so walk carefully in the parking lot), but the food and staff rise to the occasion. It's amazing how much better an In-N-Out burger is than the dreck sold across the street (McD's). Always fresh, always tasty. Ask for the ""animal"" Double-Double, if you dare. Be aware: due to idiocy by Placentia's former city fathers, this is one of the few In-N-Outs that is NOT a drive-through. The place is always packed, and parking can be hard to find. But if you want one of the premier burgers in SoCal, this place is hard to beat. ...read more

One of the best rewards for me as a business owner came today as we had a difficult time trying to solve a odor coming from a customer carpet. After trying all the proper procedures without resolve. I pulled the customers carpet back, just another process of elimination and we did in fact find a secondary problem not to mention customer had incorrect padding for this type of carpet, Keep in mind this is the fourth time out here attempting to solve this problem. I needed to replace the pad and have the carpet cleaned on the backside before relaying the carpet , It's Friday and my technicians just finished for the day . I was able to reach my technicians at the office and they had to reload the truck with the necessary equipment to finish the task. When the technicians arrived they gave me and the customer the impression that they wanted to solve the problem for our customer, as bad as I did.
