My boys have been with JUSA for 4 years and every year it seems that they can't get their act together. The communication between the coaches/team parents with JUSA's organizers are last minute (we were told our picture times 4 days before the picture day keeping many families from making any plans that day) and unprofessional (some of the organizers air their grievances or problems they may have with other people in mass emails...fortunately they have the sense to at least omit names). I had a BOARD MEMBER berate me in front of my kids and other families just because I didn't follow directions though I was following the majority of the crowd. Directions were never given!
