You hear stories like this, but you don't imagine it will happen to you. Mike Delgado impressed us an honorable and skill guy, with a great review on this site and the BBB! But Mike Delgado is a flake, fraud, and thief! We paid him $21,000 for work (a) he claims he completed but did not, including roofing and electrical; (b) work so poorly done it has to be redone, like paining and a crooked arch way, and (c) damaging the property â he painted original hard wood floors in a bedroom. We raised issues, he committed to address them, but asked for a budget increases instead. He even attempted to double change us. When we kindly insisted on a review of his bid and work, he abandoned the job and STOLE our whirlpool tub, toilets and original doors! While on the "job" my neighbors complained his team (mostly family) played loud music, used foul language, and hung out on their cells most of the day. I understand they even had a BBQ! WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN LAST DEC. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A NICE QUITE,CLEAN, APARTMENT COMPLEX TO LIVE IN. AS THE MONTHS WENT BY, I NOTICED MORE DRAMA THAN EVER! THEY WERE ACTUAL FIST FIGHTS GOING ON, LOUD MUSIC, WEED SMOKE INFRONT OF MY HOUSE, THE KIDS WERE UNRULEY, AND THE LIST GOES ON. THE NEIGHBORS FROM THE BACK WOULD WAKE UP AT 5AM JUS TO TALK AND LAUGH LOUD AND BE DISSRUPTIVE, VERY GHETTO. THEY WENT UP ON THE GARBAGE! THE LATE FEES ARE 100$, THE FIRE TRUCK& AMBULANCE IS ALWAYS OVER HERE. STRANGE PPL KNOCK ON UR DOOR AT 10PM AT NIGHT..JUST NOT A GOOD PLACE TO MOVE.
