I prequalified on 1/2/2012, with them ahead of surgery! I had surgery 1/6/2012. I had only a old dominating controling nurse visit me, and never got any PT, OT, or other help or a Social Worker. I fired them, they to me are B S, worthelss, and another agency making Medicare money, and not providing any real service to me! Use at your own risk! ...read more

After surgery last October I was sold on Concord by friend Mary, who knows the owner, and this place is using predominately Armenian owned and staffing~ and any ethnic business to me is a problem. I fired them! Then I had nothing but problems with my Medicare, partB for durable goods, as to suppliers it showed I had Home Health Care, when I did not! Nothing benefical was done for me, only continual hassles and BS! I never got any prescribed PT, OT, or an adequate wheelchair, and only a visit by on LVN, a social worker ( who was very nice), and 2 RNS. Home Health care is abiut Money, period! Try calling the office to speak with someone and you get a recording or have to leave a message. The owner works out in the field with his small work force. The benefit of that is that the work gets done to code, but it takes them a long time. Their Office (converted Garage!) is on Villa St. in Pasadena and has one person working.
