Please don't make the mistake that I made and accidentally leave valuable personal belongings in your car because you are in jeopardy of it being borrowed. long story short, when I was summoned to get my car i noticed my bluetooth was missing, keep in mind the manager "Joe" drove my car from the washer aparatus's over to the detailing area", so, after going through the car looking for my bluetooth, I asked for the manager, he comes over goes through my car did not find the bluetooth, He proceeds to ask me for my name and number and he will have the owner call me. As I was getting in my car, I glanced on the floor and noticed my bluetooth that was placed openly by no one but the manager Joe. Needless to say I called several time for Aaron the owner still waiting for a call back. I have frequent Walnut Carwash off and on for over 30yrs when Leroy was employed as thwe manager, will not go back. ...read more

Please don't make the mistake that I made and accidentally leave valuable personal belongings in the arm rest or any other place in your car because you are in jeopardy of a theft from this car wash. There is absolutely no reason for any employee to open the arm rest of your car unless they are looking for valuables to steal and that was the case here. \t\n\t\nWhen I reported the theft neither the manager or the owner cared about the $200.00 theft. \t\n\t\nThis car wash was already only mediocre at best in service and cleanliness, but now they are mediocre and employ thieves and do not seem to care.\t\n\t\nI will never go to this car wash again, Please BEWARE of this car wash.\t\n ...read more

Scary place! took my 1 week old new car in for a wash, pulled up and walked up to pay the cashier and was called back by Auto Glass guy who asked if I had insurance? I asked why he wanted to know and he claimed my windscreen had a couple of nicks in there and he could fix it with a polymer for free and bill insurance or I could pay $45 for the service and be on my way. Told him I just parked the car and there was no damage to the windshield a moment ago. He smiled and said there was I just did not see it... I told him he had just scratched my glass and he calmly told me I could not prove it. The management supported him and Pasadena PD state only course of action is civil litigation. I think blatant stealing and criminal behavior will help this car wash company I've used for years end up out of business sooner rather than later. ...read more
