I concur,exactly, with the review by the LVN Case Manager. They put you on hold forever, and are abrupt with no compassion or understanding for the individual patient that calls them. They don't even have their fax number that's easy to find online. Couldn't even find their website. Wouldn't be surprised if this un-communicative company doesn't even have a website. The staff could really use a class on COURTESY . Often times I would call and I am not even halfway finish with what I wanna say and they would put me on hold. They talk way too fast....so rushed.Granted that YES THEY ARE VERY BUSY but c'mon all of us in the medical field are very busy every single minute of our day BUT we have to learn and know how to deal with the public and thousands of phone calls . ...read more
