What a great store - everything you could imagine to get yourself and your home organized. They've got a million types of storage boxes and bins, that range from your plain cardboard box to leather, suede, plastic, and cloth covered. There is travel gear, kitchen and closet organizing stuff, shelving, you name it. With so many attractive and ingenious items, it's very hard to walk out without something you didn't even realize you needed. I love the store because it seems like anything I buy there and put into my daily routine can get me ready and out the door just a few seconds faster - and it all adds up. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, even advising you where you might find the rare item they do not carry. My only complaint is that at checkout it's frustrating to always be asked my telephone number. When I tell them I don't give it out (this is the age of identity theft, after all) I always get the same rehearsed speech about how they don't use it to call their customers, just to identify them ... I get tired of hearing it and having to defend my choice to not give it out. Still - a small price to pay for great service at a great store. ...read more

when i walked into the store i requested to see a manager, the customer service staff pointed to this very attractive lady named connie and i explained my situation. i had explained that i was a personal trainer and had recommended to several of my clients to buy this particular juicer and on my word alone they did. well as fate would have it my juicer broke down and i had difficulty trying to find assistance on line. she assured me and without hesitation that i would be taken care of and she assigned me to rick v. i gave him a brief and he kindly gave me some options, one being that i bring the juicer back and it would be replaced. you are probably saying what is the big deal. well they did not question or challenge my integrity, i did not have a reciept. and again you are probably saying what is the big deal, well it was in the spirit in which this was executed; swiftly, gracefully and with a sense of actual gradittude that they could be of service. wow!!!! i was not made to feel wrong in form or fashion, not even in the slightest. i now own a new replacement juicer. i was so moved by their expediancy, of which seemed to be their own personal mission statement, that i called several people and shared my experience. further more i do not fill out comment cards, however i was so impressed by these two people that i wrote this review. my kudos to bed bath and beyond for their hiring of connie and rick. the end ...read more
