This place is so bad I've filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the District Attorney's Office. Please see the 10 reviews on Yelp for this company before you go to this store. My husband ordered a pair of shoes for $272 and charged it to our credit card on 12/13/2009. Lots of delivery promises, but no shoes. On 4/3/2010 we went to the store. Foot Solutions said the shoes were at the San Jose store. We said we'd drive there to get them. But when the manager, Chris Bonsall, phoned the San Jose store, "They couldn't find the shoes." So they gave us a refund to our credit card. Gee, the credit card reader was broken. Gee, here's an old-fashioned charge card slip that says "Credit". In mid-May, I closed the credit card account. Unfortunately, in late May, I realized that Foot Solutions hadn't refunded us. I went to the store the day I figured this out, and the clerk said that only the manager could handle the problem. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Chris and Lloyd have no compassion for their customers. I paid $175 for a pair of shoes which they did not have in stock--I was promised my medically recommended shoes in one week tops---its been 4 weeks now and no shoes.... they NEVER answer their phone at the store and when they do they are out right dishonest with you.
