I recently flew from Palm Springs to Sioux Falls, South Dakota on American Airlines. In a hurry to board my plane, I accidentally forgot to pick up all my things when departing the Security Area! I left a St. Christopher Medal in one of the trays and did not know it was missing until I loaded our flight out of town. We emailed Customer Services about the loss an the very next day we got an answer that it had been found and would be the following day. It came in the mail yesterday. I was elated that it was found and returned as I have had that Medal for many years and it was special. I am sending a special thanks to those that found it and sent it back to me. I wish there was something more I could to do to show my gratitude! To everyone at American Airlines, a most courteous and concerned group of employees, from South Dakota, I wish each and everyone of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!! ...read more
