Burthe Jack H

1.0

By M4M-WEAR

ReviewI hired Jack H. Burthe in the beginning of July, 2013. I needed a lawyer who could take my real estate issue to court. Jack most assuredly told me I had grounds to stand on in my probate estate issue. I also informed Jack that I was a beneficiary of the estate but, I do not have a lot of funds now to pay a lawyer. He then told me that he would take the case on a contingency if I just had to pay him $500.00 up front. I said okay but, later that day called Jack and said I wanted a written contract. He then cursed at me and told me he had 42years experience in the business and he was doing me a favor by representing me so, if I wanted to get a written contract I could go “F” myself and that it was beneath him for such a low down payment. He took my money I received no representation. In my opinion the man is thief and a Liar. I would not recommend hiring this man on any legal basis. In my opinion he cannot be trusted and you risk losing money with this extremely unethical. ...read more

Law Office of Edgar Lombera

5.0

By easygoing123

I went to three attorneys before my consultation with Mr. Lombera. Everywhere else was over priced. I seen a sign at Panda Express and it advertised $995.00. When I walked in, he was super busy and everyone was in good spirits with all types of problems. When I spoke to him, I seriously vented. I appreciate he took hes time to explain all my options, he also told me of payment options, which I appreciate!!!!!. My case took 3 months, fast! He did all the work and even went to court with me. Im exited everything is over and from time to time I call with questions, I have sent several of my girlfriends to him and they said the same things about the guy and are happy with hes services.Thank u. ...read more

Munn Ford Dent Attorney At Law

1.0

By AustinPS

I gave Ford Dent Munn a $10,000.00 retainer and after I fired him for incompetence he never gave me an accounting of his fees. He did not make an offer to the complainant that I instructed him to do forcing me to go to trial. I believe he did this to continue dragging this case out. He told me numerous times that business was slow so I suspect this is why he attempted to drag this case out. . He works out of a small one room office in an office for lease building. ...read more

Attorney Palm Springs California - John L. Mohr

At John L. Mohr Law we are experienced in a number of legal areas. We specialize in the financial planning side of the law, from Wills and Trusts to Probate and Power of Attorney. Let us help you get your affairs in order. Protect yourself and your family. Estate planning is a wise decision for everyone. An estate consists of everything you own. From your property and vehicles, to your bank accounts, and all the way to your investments. Everything that holds value to you is part of your estate. No matter how large or small, everyone has an estate and they all need to be looked after. A will is simply a document that protects your family in the event of you becoming ill or deceased. It provides those whom you care for when you can no longer provide for them. Not having a will only put your loved ones through a tiresome process that rarely results in fairness. Take the time to do what's right for your family. When it comes to trusts, we at John L. Mohr Law can help. Protect the beneficiaries you choose. Part of the reason for trusts is to ensure that the state doesnt do anything with your property that they arent allowed. Probate at its core is the legal process whereby a court oversees the distribution of assets left by a deceased person. This is an easy process if youve chosen to do what is necessary to protect your loved ones future. If you chose otherwise, the state gets to make more decisions with whats yours, and that you do not want. Its never an easy situation when Trust Administration becomes necessary, but then again not many of these incidents are ever easy. This process in necessary when the death of either one or both settlers occurs. To protect the successor trustee things must be done to ensure proper administration, and thats where we can help. A power of attorney gives a person or a corporation the ability to act on your behalf for financial matters in the event that you cannot act on it yourself. ...read more
