On the whole I love MICHAELS. But this store leaves alot to be desired Everytime I shop there I leave frustratted about something. . \t\n Isles are always crouded with merchandise and difficult to navigate through. Not to mention not being able to find the items I am searching for.\t\nThe associates although friendly and wanting to be helpful the lack of basic crafting knowledge hurts their business and is very frustraging.\t\nMy biggest complaint lately is lack of qualified helpful instructors.
