I'd give this ZERO stars if I could. Niece sent Grammy flowers for Mother's Day. We were home in La Quinta all day. Flowers never arrived. Niece called & was told they tried to deliver but no one was home. Said they left note, but they did NOT leave a note. Niece called FTD to have flowers delivered to Grammy's Hemet home on Tuesday (they didn't deliver Monday either), and they called & asked if they could deliver to La Quinta instead. NO, Grammy's gone home, 60 miles away. Order was canceled. Will be asking niece to watch her cc bill to make sure she gets the credit. Bad marks for both The Flower Co and FTD! ...read more
