One star for showing up. After that it was a disaster. The technician was intimidating to me, a senior citizen in a tough spot. The free estimate turned into a $125 bill for a mangled job that left my hot water heater worse than he found it. Obviously he had the wrong tools because he bent and twisted the front plate to get inside, misdiagnosed the problem, put in the wrong part, and when it didn't work, told me he'd get me a new hot water heater for more than $1200! Then I had to pay him on the spot. I called and spoke with a pleasant woman and told her I was stopping payment and why. Now they are sending me threatening letters. Go elsewhere. ...read more
