Your computer confusion is aggravating. I have tried to log in on the old First Federal site and get sent to One West. But One West rejects repeatedly my correct log in name and password. I expect my bank to protect me from fraud charges. BofA is not your friend, good bank for doing this. Not only doesn't do this (after I gave them thru certified mail 40 pages of my docs on an internet fraud) but they then asked me to "re-do" it all - plus charged me out the whazoo for the whole thing.
