I often wonder are we really being true to ourselves by displaying appreciation to our heroes on Veterans Day. Every year on Veterans Day with great enthusiasm we display our gratitude for the sacrifices the US veterans have made in their lives to keep our country free. The joyfull smiles and teary eyes on our recognized veterans are indeed transmittable to our hearts. With honor we exhibit our US flags, have parades, community gatherings, and town meetings. Then immediately the flags are taken down and the sparkly confetti is swept off the streets. The holiday comes to an end but the fact is that thousands of neglecteddisabled and retired Veteransremain in desperate need of assistance. We as a nation do not take for granted that they have sacrificed their health and well being for our country. We also recognize that veterans are also subject to illnesses related directly to their services in the military such as PTSD. It's time to give back and reach out to our veterans with a support system that will take care of theirAdult Day Health Careneeds. There are many ways to display true appreciation like the voluntary services committed to provide care to the veterans and the communities they reside in through volunteer service. It's time to reach out to all disabled veterans and guide them to an Adult Day Care program that is committed to their well being. Many Adult Day Health Care Centers provide great assistance to veterans as well. The power to stay true to ourselves and gratitude of our freedom is to honor our disabled veterans by providing them with quality adult day health care. What better way to honor their contribution to the country by assisting them with the benefits that they have so earned through their sacrifice with great respect. The communities that provide comfort, health care, and anadult day care facility for veteransshould be deeply commended. These types of facilities give us as Americans great pride and hope to continue to believe that as a nation, we will do everything in our power to protect our country, our freedom, and our heroes.
