So after a night of bowling, we get the bill for every Sky Vodka on the rocks (over ice) I ordered I was charged an additional 2 dollars. So let me get this straight. A vodka on the rocks is a very common drink, but to be charged extra for it is the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard (am I paying an ice surcharge). When I asked the manager to remove the charge he said that by ordering it on the rocks I was getting more alcohol so therefore they charge me more. When asked to show me the menu or any other written documentation showing their pricing he said they didn't have any. I stated at no point did I ever order a double or extra pour, I simply ordered one drink that I wanted on ice. He continued to argue with me and was rude and dismissive. Our bill was over $300 and all I wanted was $30 ( 15 $2 charges) removed because of the principle of the matter. Instead of providing outstanding customer service he chose to argue.
