customer service is awful and the product is cheap. I got the wrong items for my party and if you search more in regards to this company you will see that they have alot of complaints. And not just that they have two different sites which means the business is fraudulent. Dont pay over the phone. You will end up filing a claim on your credit card if you do. My husband and I entertain frequently and hold several events per year. We have tried several rental companies over the years. Some have been competent, some not, but none hold a candle to All Seasons Party Rents. I discovered them after attending a function that they drop off equipment to. It was so well done equipment was in such excellent shape and tables & chairs were so clean, that I made sure to find out what rental company it was. I have used them a for all of my events since and have never been disappointed. In fact, they take the stress out of planning an event - helping me plan the events, contributing unique and interesting ideas. I have complete confidence in All Seasons Party Rents and will continue to use them in the future. I am so sad to see such bad reviews on this site about this company.
