Dustin and his service team were great! I had an issue with my pool equipment and they were able to get it fixed. Dustin came out and found the problem and ordered parts for my filter. 2 days later, Art came over and installed and got the system back up and running. Fair price and quick response. When I needed a pool service to replace a not-so-cheap pool part for my budget a couple of weeks ago, I looked online and found Mark and Tri City Pools. His rates were reasonable and he looked like he knew what he was doing from the reviews that I read. He has since done a great job and his proficiency was evident.
