I've always shopped here & never had any bad or good experiance's... nothing was ever notworthy.... until this weekened!! I'd gone to return some items to the store WITH MY RECIPET and asked that they put the $$ onto a gift card so that I could purchase some things on their website. The manager gave me a huge LECTURE about how you would not be able to use a gift card on their website, that you'd have to come back to the store and order there. Ummm.... it even clearly says on their gift cards they can use on the web. She may have been misinformed which would have been okay but she wasnt even nice or courteous, just down right mean!! I asked for a simple refund after showing her the card (should have just done that anyway instead of trying to keep my dollars with them) and will probably not go back simply b/c she was nasty.... ...read more

Spring is her, as you know everybody does some sort of cleaning but always forget about the most important thing to clean in your house wich is the dryer vent, if you are cleaning your laundry room check if you see lint in back of your dryer or around the floor. If you see lint that might mean that your vent might have some sort of clogg inside of it. Also check inside of your lint trap if you see alot of lint inside that is also a sign that your vent is starting to have a clog. Have a dryer vent company go and give you a inspection. Dont let your dryer stop drying before you call somebody, because then you will be waisting your valuable time and also money in your utility bill.
