This mobile home park is a good place to live. I have lived here for 6 years and I havent had any problems. the management is professional and nice. They really care about there residents and if there is a problem they will take charge and get the problem solved. One evening my girlfriends car was towed from visitor parking. When we got it back, it still had the permit, right on the dash. We even stopped the tow driver before he finished hooking up her car. He drove off with my girlfriend on the step of his truck. Russ will tell you that the driver has to stop, that they won't tow if it has a permit in the window. Ask him what his kickback is from the tow company. And why is there a need to tow cars? Go through the parking lot on a Friday or Saturday night. Its empty because everbody is parking in front of the Smart and Final on the other side of the 5. I always had my guests park over there after they started towing illegally. When we went to talk to Russ about it, he told me, "If you don't like it, then move." We moved to this mobile home park 10 years ago because it had two nice pools and a hot tub and security that drove around the park at least a couple times every 8 hours. Now It's really hard to enjoy the pools when they are closed so much. If they would have never gotten rid of the security officers they wouldn't be having the problems that they are having. It is coming to the point where we are thinking of selling our mobile home because of changes in the rules and new managment. ...read more
