Anyone who gets uptight over not being able to charge a purchase for less than $5 to a credit card, "illegal" or not. I'm sure everyone reading this can recognize that, though - right? This merchant illegally requires a $5 purchase amount using Visa cards, which is not allowed by Visa merchant agreement (http://www.corporate.visa.com/ut/faq.jsp#5). When I tried to explain this was not allowed, the manager got quite argumentative and basically called me a liar and insinuated I was trying to scam her. I was charged $75 to have two boxes delivered to my family by Christmas. Today is December 27th, and my packages still have not arrived.
