Customer service is terrible. Refused to answer simple questions. Played dumb when pressed. processing took a week and a half with no explanation or apology. When I asked about it, I was given a fake tracking number with nothing else said. When I sent an email asking another question, I was ignored all together. I will not do anymore business with them. I ordered a product from these individuals who are suppose to be some of the best around and it took two weeks for them to get me the product. When I got the product it was the wrong thing. Being AD i needed the pouches ASAP and when I asked them to make it right they refused and told me they would only give me my money back.
