had 1 part of 4 that failed. he posted my bill on "the board" and told me he would call when a replacment part came in. I called over months and was told "not yet" I sold that car. Went in in person to see if I could get a different part or credit if not. He basically told me I waited too long. They only keep stuff on "the board for a short time".
