Sure, Brass & Glass has a great selection, and they seem to be very helpful and accommodating. But should anything go wrong or you change your mind and want to return something, then the fangs come out. Check out the reviews on Yelp. Many dissatisfied customers. Abusive treatment is common. In my own personal case, they called me on the phone ""anonymously"" and physically threatened me after I complained to the state Attorney General's office about their abusive behavior and unethical practices Why they have been in business as long as they have is a mystery. Hopefully the word will get out and they will start losing customers to more reputable retailers.. ...read more

The Owner offered me the best price around on a new Tempur Deluxe mattress that included free Tempur pillows, delivery, set-up and removal. My mattress was in stock and ready for immediate delivery. For a nominal fee, he even agreed to pick up my mattress at my old apartment since the Tempur was going to my new home. I'd certainly return again and recommend anyone shopping for a mattress to see them first. Support local business owners!
