Beautiful office and very nice staff! Everyone was very professional, yet personable. I called randomly as a new patient for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I was seen and treated that same day! I felt reassured during the procedure and had a surprisingly low pain recovery. With the insurance plan I had I found them totally reasonably priced, and even though my procedure ended up being slightly more than they had originally quoted they honored the original estimate rather than increasing the price. Very good service. Dr. Tsao was very professional and very careful. I had a bit of trouble with excess saliva, and I felt that polishing was incomplete--only the very front surfaces were polished and where the teeth meet wasn't. I feel good about my treatment plan going forward. ...read more
