I recently had a sleep study at AHI. I walked in to make my appointment but didn't have my Dr orders with me. The staff was so impressively helpful. They contacted my physician got the orders and made my appointment for the following night. I am a medical professional so I was in disbelief that I had a problem at all. During my study, the technologist came into my room to start me on CPAP. Now, in the hospital I have placed many patients on this but had never experienced it myself. I was terrified at first until the technologist sat with me until I was at ease. The next morning I woke up still wearing this mask but I could tell immediately I felt great. I was a cash transaction (not having health insurance) after hours of research they were my choice based on the best price and appointment convenience. I received outstanding customer service and quality of digital MRI. I'm having my surgery in Costa Rica. They went out of their way to provide an "electronic key" access for my surgeon to view my MRI via their computer system. They even provided a duplicate DVD at no extra charge.
