Hiten the manager is warm and wonderful. He is very friendly and kind. He is not in a hurry and treats the customers with respect. If you are looking for the rare personal touch, I couldn't recommend this place more highly. I have had a box here for over two years and have mailed things over fifty times, so I feel like I have enough experience to judge the overall quality of this place.\t\n\t\nTO the previous reviewer, I would say that a power failure is an unforeseen act, and is not the fault of UPS.
