(STAY AWAY…..Salem is being sold / high turnover of staff) Cons: 1) Defiantly NOT a facility for "active" seniors 2) High turnover with staff & management, which results in poor moral and service to their residents 3) Theft is common in the rooms with no recourse 4) Slow to respond to issues or requests 5) Building is old, smells and pipes in walls make noise 6) Billing is hard to understand and antiquated .
