If I could I would give them 0 stars! We booked a taxi one week before our trip to Europe to take us to the local shuttle, Marin Airporter in Hamilton. 20 minutes after the booked time the taxi had not arrived, making us late for the shuttle, I called and asked when our cab that we had booked would arrive. I was told that they had nothing for us for the next hour, and a booking was not a promise on their part that they would pick us up at any particular time.
