they rarely answer the phone. would not take a message for the manager. would not listen, much less answer any questions about my account, then he hung up on me while i was asking a simple question! would not pick up the phone when i tried to call back and they don't seem to have voice mail. i can't find any email address on their website to reach anyone in charge. my stuff is going up for auction tomorrow morning and i can't get a couple of simple question answered in order to prevent this from happening. i've been trying to reach the manager for the past week, with no success. now all of my childhood mementos are going to be sold and probably thrown away, as they won't mean anything to anyone but me. i'm totally defeated. i don't think i've ever had a business make me cry until now. good job studio self storage. ...read more

These guys are great. They mainly sell boxes to big manufacturers but they also sell them to individuals without any minimums at incredible prices. I bought all my moving supplies from there at the fraction of the cost of the next cheapest store. They are also very helpful and friendly.
