6 Years ago when I started sessions at Studio ?B? Pilates I had not exercised in 30 years. Now, I live in a body that is often complimented on the obvious good shape its in and I have increased my lung capacity.\t\n\t\nI do 3 to 4 sessions (for a while I did 5) a week both Private and Mat (you will do better doing both) and I take advantage of the discount packages offered.\t\n\t\nThere are no gimmicks here, Studio ?B? Pilates is for serious students. There is quality control here, Bruce personally trains the Studio ?B? instructors in Pilates as Joe Pilates originally wrote it. I have worked with most of them and I can tell you that these people are friendly and professional instructors that know Pilates and HOW to teach it.\t\n\t\nThe HOW part is important. I have had sessions in Chicago and in the better studios in New York City and I have discovered that the level of HOW instruction in Studio ?B? is far more sophisticated than in any other Pilates studio that I have had sessions in.\t\n\t\nIf your in shape and want a more sophisticated work out or If your out of shape, or if your pregnant or post natal or if you want to recover from an injury like I have done a few times, I recommend Studio ?B? to you. Like I said Studio ?B? is for serious students, so if your committed to yourself, working with Bruce and his instructors will give you immediate and long term results.\t\n\t\nI have also witnessed the privacy given to each student and can tell you if you are media known you can fly under the radar at Studio ?B?\t\n\t\nWhen you come in ask for me and I will be glad to welcome you.\t\n\t\nThis last thought is to the men reading this review; the Mat classes are not just for women.
