I had some flowers sent to Avila Beach Lighthouse Suites for my anniversary. When I called the cost of the flowers were $75.00 the bill was $103.00. I order a doz. rose the ones I got was very small and not open I call Nipomo flowers and the man said that there would open but there did not.
