WORST COMPANY I EVER USED. If I can put 0 star, I will no hesitation to put it. The company did a lousy job. I asked to replace my broken windows. Not only the charge is expensive and the workmanship is terrible. The white plastic tape wrap around the glass side like a kindergarten job. Not diagonal cutting, not totally fit, loose taping and even using broken tape. You can name it all. The worst thing is sending the photos to the manager, Tom and he claimed is not his workers work. Oh my god, the window was original from the manufacture. Broken glass area is new from his worker and he can lie. You know what, he asked me to take it out and send bring to his office to tape with no guarantee. If I know how bad his company will treat the customer, I will definitely not use him at all. If you plan to find any glass company, my recommendation is using someone else unless you have time to file complaint to BBB for its job and you enjoy to do this work.\t\n ...read more
