I liove this branch! Myrna and Melo are awesome people who have all the patience in the world! Any little thing or question they explain it until you understand it. I've been with them for a few years now and that's the only branch i go to...unless i totally have to go to another branch then i will (the one inside Safeway by Ross)...But this branch with Myrna and Melo....wouldn't switch to anyone else! ...read more

One of manager's has no sense to lower voice while discussing your private information. Home loan was transferred without consent to BAC Home Loan Servincing LP at (800) 669-6607. When I called I was transferred to menu three times on purpose when requesting to speak to the home loan remodification department. I was asked the same questions each time a representative picked up and the last representative said that she spoke to the loan officer and he wouldn't take my call because I am unemployed. \t\nOnce while checking my checking statement I realized that they had not recorded a $100 deposit at the bank. I had to bring my receipt to get the money. I should have pulled out my money immediately back then. Never B of A again for any services. Note: There is a B of A mortgage office on Soscol Ave. They can't help you with remodifications, only new services that they can make money from. Customer loyalty doesn't mean a thing. Read reviews before choosing a loan. It takes thousands of dollars to refinance. When I first got my loan B of A had a program that you could refinance for no closing costs. Suddenly, now that they sold the loan, the program is obsolete and noone at the bank has heard of that program. \t\nMay God bless any of you who are going through tough times.
