Not recommended at all- Attorney Martin Bender would NOT be a good choice for a family law matter. After spending a lot of money already, I am back at the beginning with another attorney. I feel obligated that my experience was so outrageous, I have to warn anyone else who is in my situation to do your homework first. There is much more information I am aware of now from the Calif. State Bar Associations website and there are tips for the public. You want a law firm with a quality staff and more than one or two attorneys. You will know when you have visited the office of the right attorney during a consultation, and do your homework first. Do not be impatient.
