Since the new management company, Greystar, has taken over FountainGlen at Grand Isle, the quality of living has progressively declined. They have taken an aggressive approach to fixing problems that do not exist. They attempted to improve the billing process which has resulted in duplicate billing for utilities. Unsuspecting tenants are paying twice for their monthly utilities. I believe many of us have caught this error, sadly though - many more have been taken for an excess of $100 each month. For many of us seniors on fixed incomes, this can be quite devastating. Another imposition has been the new parking regulations.
