The Owner, Brett Yehling, is a liar and a crook. Took my car in for an oil change and he convinced me to get other items replaced., i,e, timing belt,etc. Well short story, they installed the timing belt incorrectly which caused the belt to shred and cause serious damage to my engine. They tried (if you want to call it that) to repair the engine the best they could - but to no avail. The engine ran for less then 24-hours and now I am having to either replace my engine or purchase another vehicle. He states that it was due to a defective bearing - although for some reason the vendor will not vouch for - PROBABLY BECAUSE IT'S DUE TO INCOMPETENCE AT MY MECHANIC (by the Owner, Brett and his mechanics). WORST MECHANICS EVER!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! WARNING YOU. PUSHY,SCAMMERS, RUDE, ACT LIKE THERE DOING YOU A FAVOR. I went here for three years for their cheap oil change deal but I will never go back again. They have always been rude but my last experience brought me over the edge. I went in for a oil change and they told me the wait was six hours! I go to pick up my car and they say my air filter and rear bushings were in horrible shape and my filter was "charcoal". Well not knowing at the time how to change it, bought the air filter myself, and my boyfriend opened it up and it was in decent shape. Definitely didn't need to be changed for another year. Then I go to get my bushings fixed at Big O Tire and they tell me nothing was wrong with them at all and they will run another 100,000 miles!!!! I was furious but grateful for their honesty. Express makes money by cheap oil changes and scamming you and overcharging for everything else. They wanted to fix my bushing for $410 and Big O Tire was going to do it for $175! owner was supper nice and relaxed. smog check was only 39 dollars so i don't know what that guy is talking about. he had it done in no time. later i had a problem with my car and they diagnosed it for me. he was totally upfront about the price. checking it out took less time than he thought so he only charged me half what he quoted me. i was blown away. i expected to pay what he quoted me. i have never had a mechanic tell me to pay less than i agreed to. nice to finally find a place where i don't have to worry about getting over charged. ...read more
