The owner of this HVAC business, Phillip M. Kispersky, was called to my rental property to check-out the heating system. He performed no service work, yet billed me $132.00. The guy, or an employee of SLOCO Heating & Cooling, did not perform any maintenance work whatsover, and he submitted a bill a bill for $132.oo and was paid in full.
