This is the best MSG free chinese food restaurant I have ever eaten. We eat here often. We celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas here each year. The Peking Duck and Peking Pork are two of our favorites. Lake Spring has many famous dishes; which we also order. They also have what I call Chinese pancakes that are delicious. I am caucasian and my husband is Chinese; so this restaurant suits us both very well. I am allergic to MSG and most Chinese restaurants use MSG. We drive over an hour to come here to eat. It is worth the drive. It is required that you call one day ahead to order the Peking Duck. Enjoy!! ...read more
