Terrible customer service in the body repair department. The auto repair manager has dishonest practices and is not qualified to change my tire. Do not take your car here for an insurance claim "if" you want it repaired right or want to assess complete damages before proceeding with repairs. I looked at my wrecked vehicle for two minutes & found obvious damages that were overlooked "intentionally" by the Alfred Matthews staff, managers &, insurance adjusters of The Hartford insurance company. I was also told by the manager of Alfred Mathews (collisions repair department) that they would not complete an estimate that would cause a vehicle to be a total loss; he further went on to say that his company will underbid the estimate & get the company to commit to repairs which would cause the insurance comapany to lose thousands of dollars. I also talked to the owner Paul Carrone & he continues to stand behind his companies dishonest employees and repair procedures. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Starting with Richard Cooper at the service desk I am met with professionalism, honesty and pride in their workmanship. All of the people here go out of their way to ensure your visit to the dealership is one of pleasure which can not be said of very many car dealerships. I live over 30 miles away and it takes over 45 minutes of driving depending on the traffic but this is the only place my wife and I will EVER take our car for any service.
