Always check out more than one Senior community when looking for a loved one. We were very impressed with the community...rooms are nice, staff always smiling and involved, they knew the names of the seniors that we'd pass during the tour and the seniors knew her (Charmaine's) name. We visited several senior communities in many areas, including the Bay Area, Stockton, Manteca, and Modesto. Dale Commons always came out on top. We found the staff (particularly Charmain) to be extremely caring and attentive. The residents are equally as welcoming and friendly. The building and grounds are beautiful, and the community is pet friendly. The food may not have been as top notch as some of the other communities, but that wasn't a deal breaker. My mother is so happy there. She participates in daily activities, and goes on bus trips. I feel like she is in good hands. I can't say enough good things about the place. ...read more
Hospice services are very personal and caring in nature, so it does not seem right to produce a huge marketing method to sell these services. It is better to build relationships and participate in events to make your services know to potential patients. ...read more
