Reliable Tow

Seriously the WORST tow service EVER. Called for service thinking (and stating) I *thought* it was my battery. When the tow arrived 45 minutes later (where my car had died at a gas station) he tried to jump start my battery. It wouldn't hold a charge and he said it was my alternator. I said ok and asked if he'd then tow my car home until I could get it fixed. My house is .4 miles from the gas station... He said no, that he had other calls to go on and he only thought I needed a jump start; I'd need to call again for another service call to be towed and it'd take about an hour and a half before he could be back. Ridiculous! So, I was left at the gas station (maybe no room in the truck due to the woman riding with him????) and waited until my ex-husband could come fix the car instead. Reliable Tow

I needed my vehicle towed here in Modesto CA. and waited about 45-60min. for tow guy to show up. As we were getting car ready to be towed the Tow guy says " I got to go so you should call someone else" !! and he left as quick as he arrived. So I had to call another tow company who always goes Above and Beyond for their customers Scenic Tow they are reliable and customer service is important to them. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted! If you need Tow service don't go to them if you want reliable service . Their name is the exact opposite of what they stand for! ...read more
