This office is overpriced. I don't mind paying as long as I get what I paid for, but that wasn't the case here. I had a problem with my glasses as well as getting charged a contacts fee that I was never charged at my previous Dr.'s office (whom I returned to after this experience). I was promised a call back from the manager- that did not happen, I had to call them and she wasn't very helpful anyway, so, back to my tried and true Dr.'s office I go! ...read more

A staff member at this office was so rude and condescending that my nine year old son noticed it. Rolled her eyes when I had questions, behaved as if I was bothering her. When I asked to speak to the office manager, she told me that she was "Not in" , after I left and my son confirmed that it was not just me, I called back ( 5 minutes time) And was patched through to the office manager who was almost as rude as the other girl. I have been seeing Dr. Acharya since Jan '08. He is easy to talk to and very willing to listen and discuss whatever is on one's mind. The whole staff is very personable and friendly. I have received great care from them all. Good doctors and/or medical groups are hard to find, and I'm extremely picky - especially about my specialists.
