Mr. Capron doesn't remember if he was at a court hearing for me when I was not present due to social worker saying I didn't have to be there and arranged for no transport. I asked him what happened on the day of the hearing and he said he was in the building but does'nt know if he was there when my case was called. His excuse, forgive me, "CopOut" was he has 181 clients. Additionally, he hung up on me. Called me back within minutes to tell me that I was at the hearing which came after the hearing he does'nt recall being at or not. I asked him which was it, either he was there or not, he hung up on me again. There's somethin' fishy about this guy. Perhaps he's Merced County's Pinchhitter. ...read more
